1. Buy Hub AI for the mailboxes you want (monthly or annual). Your service key arrives by email and appears in your customer portal.
2. Install the Hub Mail AI app, open Settings › Hub Mail AI, paste the service key and press Test connection.
3. Each agent has its own switch: Reader, Triage, Summaries, Drafts, Task suggestions, Follow-ups, Ask your mail and learning. Proposed memories do nothing until each person approves them.

The agents only read and propose. They never send, delete, move or pay anything. If the service is unreachable, Hub Mail keeps working on its rule-based sorting.
