1. What you buy
A licence to the Hub Mail app (and Hub Tasks if bought) for the Odoo database and version named in your order, and, if bought, a Hub AI subscription for a number of mailboxes for the period you chose.
2. Subscriptions
Hub AI renews at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal or by asking us; the service continues to the end of the paid period. Fair use is about 3,000 analysed messages per mailbox a month for Hub AI; we will contact you before limiting a mailbox that goes far beyond it.
3. Your responsibilities
Keep your Odoo, server and mailbox passwords secure; use Hub Mail lawfully; review AI drafts before sending.
4. Availability
The app runs in your Odoo and keeps working without our services. We aim to keep Hub AI available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes to an active subscription.
