Keep your email address and your mail provider. Hub Mail connects to the mailbox you already have, so there is nothing to move unless you want to.
How a switch works
- Day 1: we install Hub Mail and connect each mailbox read-only. Your phone and Outlook keep working as before.
- Day 1 to 3: history imports in the background, newest first. Your Outlook or Apple Mail rules are rebuilt.
- Day 2: a live training session for your team.
- When you're ready: switch on two-way sync and make Hub Mail your main mail app.
From Gmail or Google Workspace
Connect with a Google app password. Labels appear as folders; All Mail and Starred duplicates are skipped.
From Apple Mail or iCloud
Connect with an app-specific password and import your Apple Mail rules and VIPs.
From Outlook or Microsoft 365
Works today where your tenant allows password sign-in for IMAP. Microsoft modern sign-in is on our roadmap; talk to us and we'll check your tenant first.
