Service status
Hub Mail runs inside your own Odoo, so your mail keeps working even if our services are down. This page covers the services we run.
| Service | What it does | If it is down |
|---|---|---|
| Hub AI service | Guard, priority, summaries, drafts, brief | Mail keeps working on rule-based sorting; AI resumes when it is back |
| Website and checkout | This site, purchases, the customer portal | Existing installs are not affected |
| Downloads and licence keys | New downloads and key issuing | Existing installs and keys keep working |
Live uptime checks for each service are being connected. Incidents are posted here and emailed to affected customers. Something looks wrong? Open a support case.
