Questions
Do I need Hub AI to use Hub Mail?
No. Hub Mail is a complete mail client on its own. Hub AI adds the assistant and the guard to the mailboxes you choose.
What counts as a mailbox?
Each connected email address, personal or shared. Shared mailboxes cost the same as personal ones.
What is fair use?
Hub AI includes about 3,000 analysed messages per mailbox a month, which covers nearly every business mailbox. Bulk promotional mail from unknown senders is skipped and doesn't count. Hub AI Pro has higher limits.
Can I use my own OpenAI or Gemini key?
No. Hub AI is hosted by us so the guard, prompts and models stay up to date and tested together. You never manage AI keys.
What happens if I cancel Hub AI?
The AI stops at the end of the paid period. Your mail, rules and history stay exactly where they are.

How do I pay?
