Data processing addendum

When you use Hub AI, you are the controller of the email content and we act as your processor, only for the purpose of producing the AI results you request.
- Processing: message text is processed transiently to produce results and is not retained after the request.
- Sub-processors: our hosting provider and our AI model provider. We will list them here and give notice before adding one.
- Security: encrypted connections (TLS) throughout; access limited to the people who run the service.
- Incidents: we notify affected customers without undue delay.
- End of service: nothing to return or delete beyond usage records, which we keep for billing as required by law.
